Your probably running other programmes in the background.. Hit control + alt + delete and see whats running in the background and turn them off.. or download c cleaner and use it to clear all those tracking cookies

when I play any video here it buffers at about 1/2 to 1 second at a time,stops for 10 to 20 seconds. takes forever to load any video anywhere. Why is this? HELP!! I'm losing it here!!
