it is like that test tube snow where you take a little grain of stuff and a drop of water an the test tube overflows with foam .

This is a product you can buy its snow machine powder. You add water and it it expands... Very Simple... Although TheFrownClown is right this video is poor quality. But none the less this stuff does exist. :o)

It's video editting. And if it's not, record better so it doesn't look like it. The shadows are all spontaneous and random. Looks like time has elapsed when he poors the sand out.
