the explosion happens all at the one time not sequentially like it would have if drop d by a passing plane. besides the plane is still only a quarter way across the "drop zone" when the explosion blasts out in a line in front of it...

this actually looks like a pyrotechnic display. the explosion was caused by preset charges on ground. and the airplane that pretended to drop it was a A-10 WartHog. thay do some thing like this here in chicago. here in chicago we have the largest free airshow in the world.;)
