Howard Stern's former wife's name was Alison Stern. Howard Stern is no longer married. He has a girlfriend by the name of Beth Ostrosky.
The girl dancing in the video is Andrea Brooke Ownbey. She won the title 'Miss Howard Stern' in 2002. (It's a title, like 'Miss America'.)
