I think we should propose a ban on black's mateing. Each black male is only allowed 1 child. If he has more than one, the child is killed and he is castrated... This would greatly influence the world (mostly the U.S.) in a very positive way. This way 1 black father wont have 20 black kids with 20 different black women, whom also have 19 other kids from 19 other black fathers... Niggers...
