This is a cla$$ic clip from a program called Trigger Happy TV that was aired in the UK - You can buy it on DVD if anyone is interested - There are lots of funny clips to see the public's reactions.
One I remember most is one of the guys parking a car in front of a traffic warden on a no parking stretch of road in London, exiting the vehicle, throwing camoflage netting over the car and walking away and leaving it there!:D
