I don't think so. A wild fox woulda ripped out the cat's throat. It seems this fox was a pet..hence it restrained itself. They don't call the 'em "The QUICK brown fox" for nothing.
The video suggests they are both pets - and the cat would happily tear the fox a new one, if necessary. Domestic cats have taken on black bears and cobras, and won!
