I. as other fellow Coast Guard Men and women in Hawaii worked with the JMSA, and in Japan what if a US Coast Guard Cutter pulled off a stunt like that! My Coast Guard, (ret.25 yrs service) we don't have the time to be stupid and be taped by a bunch of people who may be in a real time of NEED. We would have to go change and get ready to do the job that we are charged to do, gag or not. et.al. if read look up SOLAS!
